Basic formation. It qualifies you from "zero knowledge" and teaches all about handling any kind of bar, being Hotels, Pubs, Discos, Bars (classics, moderns, or even thematics ones), services to events, etc etc. This course is one month long, at the rate of 2 classes a week, 3 hours each. Attendees receive up to date knowledge, training and advice to get quickly inserted in the job market.
There is available a job search service, practicing and paid practices. Capacity is limited, so we suggest you to suscribe in advance.



.: SHOW BARMAN :.

This course is optional and as perfectioning of the above. It consist in the preparation for the show that the Barman may offer behind the bar, based on three classic routines: Show in Service, Unipersonal Show and in Tandem (with a partner barman).
Absolute practice, no theory; it is one month long, at the rate of 1 class a week, 3 hours each. Trainees count with the posibility to gain practice for free in our classrooms.
You will study with videos and CDs, and a high intensive training conducted by the Bartender Trainers Matías Supan and Fernando Costa. This course is really an important one, because of the growing demand of Show Barman, and knowing this will allow you to better compete in the job market.



.: BAR MANAGER :.

This program is designed for professional bartenders, being actually working or not, alumni that completed de course Professional Bartender, bar owners and individuals dedicated to gastronomic activity. You'll learn all about the management, from projecting to installment and startup.
It is two months long, at the rate of 1 class a week, 2 hours and a half each.
It instructs, qualifies and give advice with a program including management, legals, costs, stock handling, corporative image, providers, purchases, evaluation of personnel, roll play, misce on place, marketing, merchandising, etc. This course is conducted by Beto Giuggiolini y Matías Supán.



.: WORKING FLAIR :.

For professional bartenders, amateurs and alumni from FORUM. Supertraining for all the routines in this discipline with the better trainers. Videos y CDs, intensive practices, and the coolest choreographies. this is a course based on creativity and development, conducted by Matías Supán, the one and only argentinean bartender ranking high internationally, and devoted to teaching.
You'll also dispose of a classroom for training after hour, free of charge.
